Comformatic units are designed between 8 -136 kW cooling capacities with 10 different models.

These units are generally preferred for air conditioning and fresh air supply of big spaces like stores, banks, laboratories data centers, hotel lobbies etc.

Ease of maintenance, installation and operation Delivered as packaged (plug and play) R407C, R410A and R32 refrigerant options. As standard hermetic scroll compressors are installed on the unit. DC Inverter compressors are optional.

Double inlet direct driven centrifugal fans are used as standard. EC (Electronically Controlled) fans are optional.

1. CASING
Casing of the unit is composed of specially designed electrostatic powder painted galvanized sheet metal. 50 mm of rockwool insulated panels are used to be easily accessible. Decorative look and strength against outdoor conditions are enhanced by electrostatic powder paint.

2. COMPRESSOR
R407C,R410A or R32 refrigerants are used with hermetic Scroll compressors that work very quietly and safely. 1 or 2 compressors are used according to the capacity needed. There exists suction and discharge valves on the compressor and sump heater.

3. EVAPORATOR COIL
Direct expansion, copper tube aluminum fin coil with high heat transfer efficiency.

4. EVAPORATOR FAN - MOTOR ASSEMBLY
Belt driven double inlet centrifugal fans, plug fans or as an option EC (Electronically Controlled) fans can be selected according to the specifications.

5. HEATING COIL (OPTIONAL)
As an option copper tube aluminum fin, 90 / 70 °C hot water coil or electrical heater can be used. Also, heat pump version of the unit is available.

6. AIR FILTER
G2-G4 type cleanable filters are installed at the air inlet. Filters can easily be installed and uninstalled. Special filter applications are available for clean room systems.

7. POWER VE AUTOMATION BOARD (DDC + MCC)
The electrical panel consists of the power and control circuit equipped with the necessary contactors, thermal switches, automatic fuses, switches, signal lamps, etc. The control system is standard with digital thermostat. Microprocessor control system and RS 485 modem for the connection to building automation system can be installed optionally.

8. COOLING CIRCUIT ELEMENTS

DRIER: Dries the refrigerant circuit.
SIGHT GLASS: Provides visual observation of liquid refrigerant pipe.
EXPANSION VALVE: Adjusts the cooling capacity control on the evaporator.
SOLENOID VALVE: Getting the signal from the room thermostat, it lets the refrigerant flow on the cooling circuit.
LOW-HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH: Controls the suction and discharge pressure on the cooling circuit.
DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SWITCH: Stops the compressor and lights the caution lamp when the filter is dirty or belt failure occurs.
FREEZING THERMOSTAT: Protects the compressor against low evaporation temperature on the cooling circuit.
4 WAY SOLENOID VALVE: Used to change the refrigerant flow direction for Heat-Pump applications.
